Dried Rosemary
Piney, aromatic rosemary for roasts, potatoes, breads and oils.
About Dried Rosemary
Dried rosemary has a piney, resinous aroma that stands up to long cooking. Use it with roast chicken, lamb and potatoes, in breads and focaccia, or warm it in oil for dipping.
Storing it
Keep the jar tightly closed, away from heat, light and moisture (not above the stove). Crumble dried herbs between your fingers as you add them to wake up the aroma.
