About Cardamom Pods Premium
Our premium cardamom pods are plump, select green pods packed in a glass jar with a gold lid. Use them as you would any green cardamom: lightly crushed in milk tea, rice and biryani, or ground for sweets, cakes and coffee.
Storing it
Keep the jar tightly closed, away from heat, light and moisture (not above the stove). Whole spices keep their flavour for a long time; crush or grind them just before use.
