Ground coriander seed is a warm, slightly citrusy base for Sri Lankan and Indian curries, dhal and spice rubs. It thickens sauces a little and pairs naturally with cumin and turmeric.
Storing it
Keep the jar tightly closed, away from heat, light and moisture (not above the stove), and use a dry spoon so the contents stay fresh.
