Dried Coriander Leaves
Dried cilantro for curries, soups, salsas and garnishing.
About Dried Coriander Leaves
Dried coriander leaves (cilantro) keep the herb's fresh flavour to hand. Add them to curries, soups, salsas and rice near the end of cooking, or use them as a garnish.
Storing it
Keep the jar tightly closed, away from heat, light and moisture (not above the stove). Crumble dried herbs between your fingers as you add them to wake up the aroma.
