Chia Seeds
Versatile chia for puddings, smoothies, overnight oats and baking.
About Chia Seeds
Chia seeds swell into a soft gel when soaked. Use them for chia pudding and overnight oats, stir them into smoothies, juices and yoghurt, or add them to breads and baking.
Storing it
Keep the jar tightly closed, away from heat, light and moisture (not above the stove), and use a dry spoon so the contents stay fresh.
