Ajwain Seeds
Asamodagam
Thyme-like carom seeds for breads, fried snacks, lentils and spiced tea.
About Ajwain Seeds
Ajwain (carom) seeds taste like a stronger, peppery thyme. Add a pinch to parathas and breads, fried snacks, lentils and pakoras, or brew them into a spiced tea.
Storing it
Keep the jar tightly closed, away from heat, light and moisture (not above the stove), and use a dry spoon so the contents stay fresh.
