Halim Seeds
Tiny, peppery garden cress seeds, traditionally soaked for drinks, puddings and laddoos.
About Halim Seeds
Halim (garden cress) seeds are tiny and peppery. Soaked, they swell and turn jelly-like, which is how they're traditionally used in drinks, falooda and puddings, as well as in laddoos.
Storing it
Keep the jar tightly closed, away from heat, light and moisture (not above the stove), and use a dry spoon so the contents stay fresh.
