About Fennel Seeds
Fennel seeds are sweet and anise-like, and a common spice in Sri Lankan curries and roasted curry powder. Add them to curries and biryani, brew them as tea, or bake them into breads and biscuits.
Storing it
Keep the jar tightly closed, away from heat, light and moisture (not above the stove), and use a dry spoon so the contents stay fresh.
